Terms and privacy

1. Who we are

iMonetizeClicks LLC builds and runs lead platforms for local tradespeople. Our projects include Klusbonus (klusbonus.nl) in the Netherlands and Belgium.

2. How our platforms work

• Website owners place our quote form on their site, or get a free website with the form built in.
• Owners choose which jobs and areas they keep. Other requests are sold to partners: quote platforms and tradespeople. A request goes to at most 4 partners.
• Joining is free. There are no costs to start.

3. Money and payouts

• Owners receive 50% of what partners pay for a sold request, unless agreed otherwise.
• Only requests approved by a partner count. Duplicate, fake or rejected requests earn nothing.
• We pay out monthly by bank transfer.
• Amounts shown on our sites are examples of real sales, not a promise.

4. Your commitments

• No fake requests, and no traffic that misleads visitors.
• Keep the consent text under the form: it tells visitors their request is shared with partners.
• We may close accounts and hold payouts in case of abuse.

5. Privacy

• Quote forms ask for the job, address, name, email and phone, to arrange quotes. The form clearly says requests are shared with matching partners.
• Newsletters are a separate opt-in, unticked by default. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• For website owners we keep the email and answers given at sign-up, and bank details for payouts.
• We count page visits without cookies and without personal data.
• You can ask which data we hold, and have it corrected or deleted, via the contact form.

6. Other

• We do our best to keep everything running, but cannot guarantee the platform is always available.
• We may update these terms. We announce important changes in advance.
